What is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by September 10th, 2026 so we can have an accurate count for food and beverage services.

Please reach out to Zach or Kayla if you can't find your name when RSVP'ing. The RSVPs are based on how your name was typed into the digital guest list.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and the reception are indoors. There are no covered walkways from the parking lots at either venue.
What will the weather be like?
Houston is typically still hot in October; the rain is unpredictable. Please keep an eye on the weather as the day approaches to be prepared in case an umbrella is needed.
Should I avoid wearing certain colors?
While the wedding party will be wearing pine and sea moss green, guests are welcome to wear any color they would like. Please refrain from wearing white or ivory, or anything that mimics the bridal gown.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely, feel free to bring the little ones. Please note that the church requires noise and movement to be kept to an absolute minimum because of the acoustics.
Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will not be provided to the church or to the reception hall. Please plan accordingly.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
The ceremony will start promptly at 7:00 PM. Please plan to be arrive by 6:30 PM and be seated by 6:50 PM.
Where do we park?
Parking at the church will be directly across the street at the corner of Fannin and Binz. Parking will be available starting at 6:00 PM.
For easiest access to the reception hall, we suggest parking behind POST (401 Franklin St, Houston, TX 77201) adjacent to the railroad tracks. Signage will be posted to guide you to the Skylawn room where the reception will be held.
Are pictures allowed during the ceremony?
During the service, no cameras may be used in the main seating area of the sanctuary or chapel; they only may be used from the sanctuary balcony or outside the chapel door.
All photographs during the ceremony must be taken from the balcony without flash.
Will there be dinner served at the reception?
While there will not be a formal seated dinner, we will provide food at the reception. Also, the post has a food court with over 10+ restaurants, guests are welcome to explore those options and bring into the Skylawn.

Will the bar be open or cash only?
The bar will be open. Beer, wine and basic liquors will be provided. Please plan to bring cash if planning to tip the staff. There will also be a champagne toast for those who wish to participate.
